The house Navalia is modernly decorated and equipped for a pleasant holiday for up to 6 guests. It consists of 3 bedrooms with double bed, each with satellite TV, and guests have at their disposal 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is located in the central area, and the other on the ground floor together with a children's playroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation while there is a bar table and chairs in the dining room. In the living room there is satellite TV and a place for relaxing and the central area is fully air conditioned.
The house is covered by WiFi signal. On the ground floor there is a children's playroom with a variety of games, a children's pool table, darts, table football and other board games. Next to the playroom there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. The house has a large and spacious terrace with seating and views of the Mediterranean garden. Guests have at their disposal a garden with barbecue where they can prepare fresh dishes for family and friends, and we recommend lamb chops in a rosemary marinade that you can pick in the garden.
From the outdoor facilities, the house Navalia offers its guests table tennis, badminton, outdoor shower and 2 parking spaces. About Potočnica
Potočnica is a small and quiet tourist place located on the northwest side of the island of Pag. Every day during your vacation you can swim on another beach, but the nearest beach is only 200 m from the house: Kukurina - a small sandy beach with additional paved rocks where you can find a quiet place to enjoy the sun. There are no bars on the beach, so you need to take a refreshing drink with you, as well as other beach equipment (sun umbrellas, deck chairs).
From the beach, a short walk along the coast, after a few minutes you reach the pebble beach where there is a bar-restaurant More with food and drinks. Between these two beaches you can even in August find your personal place on rocks with an easy entrance to the sea and enjoy the peace. Additionally, the Adam restaurant, with a beautiful panoramic view of the bay, offers local and Mediterranean cuisine.
Potočnica is a great starting point for exploring the island of Pag by bike, and the children's playroom can serve as a bike depot.

Today, Novalja is a modern tourist town that successfully hosts over 40,000 guests a day, or 10 times more than its inhabitants. Along the long promenade, entertainment never stops in bars and nightclubs while the restaurants offer local specialties as well as Mediterranean cuisine. However, the main night party takes place in nearby Zrće, which can be reached by car, well-organized public transport (bus) or on foot in about 20 minutes.
The world-famous Zrće beach with club music and famous DJs is about 12 km from Potočnica and 2 km from Novalja. The long pebble beach crowned with the Blue Flag, offers its guests numerous activities from water sports to adrenaline jumps and rides. In addition to sunbathing and swimming, you can refresh yourself in the many restaurants and bars. The party on Zrće has been located at the very top of the world scene for many years, and the best DJs are guests in one of the clubs: Papaya, Aquarius, Noah or Kalypso…
Lun olive groves are a true oasis of peace and one of the most picturesque and beautiful corners of our island. Over 80,000 wild olive trees of the Olea oleaster variety are located in this reserve, making it the largest wild olive park in the world. The age of some olives has been estimated by experts at around 1500 years. This area of wild olive trees with an area of 24 hectares is the only one of its kind on the Adriatic and one of the three localities of its kind in the world and therefore has great botanical value. Due to its characteristics, in 1963 it was protected and declared a botanical reserve. The length of the promenade through the olive grove is about 7 km, ideal for walking, jogging or a short cycling adventure. Lun olive oil is of special quality and aroma and is considered one of the best on the Adriatic.
The beach is located north of Novalja, along the southeast coast of the bay of Stara Novalja. It is covered with fine sand, it is warm, shallow and well decorated. It has a catering offer and various recreational facilities. Due to the excellent arrangement and conditions it has, the beach has been carrying the Blue Flag since the summer of 2004 and is suitable for families with children.
The secret of Pag cheese is in the island of Pag - says Mr. Gligora, that is: the cheese is obtained from the milk of Pag sheep that graze grass on rocky pastures that are rich in various types of aromatic and medicinal plants. In addition, the salt that remains in traces on the grass after the bora - a strong north wind blowing on the island of Pag - gives it a special value. Today, Pag cheese is one of the most recognizable Croatian brands both in our country and in the world. About 220 tons of Pag cheese are produced annually on the island of Pag. In addition to cheese production, you have the opportunity to go sightseeing with tastings. Pag cheese is the most famous and most valued hard sheep cheese in Croatia and among the best in the world.
In Croatia, grilled lamb is considered a national dish and each region considers their lamb to be the best. Is there, after all, among that good Croatian lamb the one that is better than all? Many say it's Pag's lamb! Namely, Pag lambs never live indoors and spend their entire short life outdoors. They suck milk that has all the value that is summed up in the legendary Pag cheese. Pag sheeps feed in combination with young grass that sprouts under the spring rains, under the heat of the Sun that announces the arrival of summer and is occasionally salted under the blows of the bora wind. It is known that Pag's lamb was also enjoyed by crowned heads in some European courts.
Salt is, along with lace, the second white gold of the town of Pag with a millennial organized production. Pag salt pans are among the oldest on the eastern Adriatic coast, whose first chronicle records in the 10th century. The traditional way of producing salt by natural evaporation was abandoned by building a salt factory. A vast shallow lagoon is bounded on the east and west by a hill. Soil structure - impermeable soil composed mainly of clay, and specific climatic conditions are an excellent basis for top quality of Pag salt. The production technology in Solana Pag makes the most of the natural advantages of the area in which it is located - clean environment, a large number of sunny days, favorable wind, so Pag salt with its purity is among the best in Europe and the world. Today, "Solana Pag", together with its salt pans and clay pools for evaporation, covers an area of about 2 million m2 and, together with nine magazines and a factory plant, is the largest production plant in Croatia.
The town of Pag is also called the town of salt and lace. Back in the 15th century, according to the plan of the famous Croatian builder Juraj Dalmatinac, a city with a central square and four streets that properly divide the city into 4 quarters emerged. A special place in the cultural history of the city is occupied by Pag lace - a special type of lace characterized by the exceptional beauty of the patterns. The first records of Pag lace date from the 15th century and the method of production and patterns were passed down from generation to generation. Today, Pag lace is protected as a UNESCO intangible asset, and the collection of Pag lace that the Benedictine Sisters of Pag keep and collect for more than 150 years has been declared a Croatian cultural asset by the Croatian Ministry of Culture. In economic terms, the city's trademark is salt production. Quality salt has been produced here for centuries, and the Pag Saltworks is the largest saltworks in Croatia.
Millions of small flowers that are similar in color and shape to the sun bloom on dry, rocky soils that tolerate drought and heat well in late spring under the sunny sun. The yellow flowers of Helichrysum italicum, with their fragrance and healing properties, occupied the attention of our ancestors, and encouraged them to apply and study. Immortelle rightly bears the epithet "immortal" plant because of the flowers that retain their yellow color and scent even when dried. Pag immortelle is the basis for many natural creams, oils and balms that you can find in Novalja, OPG Anton Škunca.
Of great value and interest is the unique ancient aqueduct from the 1st century carved in living stone. This unique Roman aqueduct, popularly called Talijanova buža, supplied Novalja with water from the Novalja field. The water supply system is about 1 km long, with a maximum width of 60-70 cm and has 9 openings on the surface where it is up to 40 m high. The entrance to the waterworks is located inside the City Museum, which preserves a part of Novalja's cultural and ethnological heritage.
Only a few kilometers from Novalja is a natural phenomenon, a megalithic imprint in the middle of a sharp rock known as the "Pag Triangle". The triangle is isosceles, measuring 32x32x22 meters and has the shape of an iron print, and the stones inside it are brighter and completely different from the surrounding stones. To date, this phenomenon has not been scientifically explained. A visit to this locality from Vidalići requires dexterity in walking on the rocks due to the lack of a path. The second approach is from the road to the ferry port Žigljen. From this side, this phenomenon can be approached by macadam road.
Sveti Vid is the highest peak of the island of Pag, and is located at an altitude of 348 meters above sea level. Here was built the church of St. Vid erected in the 14th century. From the top there is a view of most of the island settlements; Pag, Kolan, Šimuni, Mandre and Košljun and the neighboring islands: Rab, Lošinj, Silba, Olib and Maun. The top of Sveti Vid can be reached from several marked hiking trails; from Dubrava by ascent to the top and from Kolan. The newly renovated path from the old town of Šimuni is also accessible by car.
Fortress Fortica was built in the 17th century and is located near the Pag bridge. In the past, it was very important because it controlled the passage between the island of Pag and the mainland. The island of Pag was located on an important maritime route. Various merchant ships moved from Lun, through Šimuni to Ljubačka vrata or more distant ports in Dalmatia. Maritime traffic took place and vice versa, from Dalmatia to the northern Adriatic. Ships were often exposed to pirate attacks, and for safe navigation, an observation post had to be built for soldiers as well. In addition to the safety of ships, the crew at the Fortica also prevented illegal trade. In the Middle Ages, Ljubačka vrata was important because of Obrovac, which was a trading center where the inhabitants of the Venetian Republic and the Turks traded.
The hinterland of Novalja - Novalja field, is intersected by kilometers of bike paths that pass between numerous vineyards. Riding these trails, in the silence that rests, you will experience the beauties of this area in a unique way. Bicycle race Novalja - Lun - Novalja can often be found in the annual calendar of sports events in the area of our city. The island of Pag abounds in paths that connect the settlements, and can be used as promenades or bike paths. Some of them enable a true adventure in nature and require professional sports and recreational equipment, such as a mountain bike or walking equipment. Other trails are less demanding and ideal for recreationists.
The island of Pag is located in such a geographical position that the middle of the island is intersected by the 15th meridian of eastern longitude, according to which Central European time is calculated. In the line of intersection there is a dark, marble monument on which a section is drawn. A marble line is drawn perpendicular to the monument, which accurately shows the passage of the meridian line. At this point we can say with certainty that the most accurate time is in Croatia. Due to the cross-section of the 15th meridian, the town of Pag had one of the first sundials in Europe located on the coastal part of the old town. The 15 meridian mark is located below the highest Pag peak, Sveti Vid about 5 km from Pag on a macadam road that continues from the area of Bosana to the beach Zrće.
